PARADOX MEDIA OD ("Paradox Media", "we") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

01Scope and applicable law

We process personal data in line with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02What data we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Information you give us when you fill in a form, book a call or email us: your name, email, phone number, company and anything you write in your message.
• Information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data.

03Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service or call you ask for (steps taken at your request, and performance of a contract).
• To send you relevant information about our services where you have agreed (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To measure and improve the website and our marketing, and keep the site secure (our legitimate interests).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

04Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used and measure our advertising:

• Essential cookies the site needs to work.
• Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to see, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.
• Marketing (e.g. the Meta/Facebook pixel and Google Ads tags) to measure ad performance.

05Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contract and only as needed:

• Website hosting (SiteGround).
• CRM and appointment booking (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector).
• Analytics (Google).
• Advertising (Meta Platforms, Google).

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

06International transfers

Some providers are based outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

07How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: enquiry and client data for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting reasons; analytics data for a limited retention period. After that we delete or anonymise it.

08Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@paradoxmedia.agency.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP); in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.

09Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

10Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date, so please check back occasionally.
